Halloween Hands

Take two plastic latex gloves and fill with water. Securely tie the ends and lay the gloves on a cookie sheet and place in freezer until frozen solid.

After the gloves are frozen, cut the gloves away from the ice.

Add the hands to a blood red punch.

 

 

Bumble Bee Halloween Costume

Wear a black bodysuit and black tights underneath.

Glue yellow pom-poms onto black shoes.

Buy some store-bought angel wings and add silver glitter.

Tuck your hair into a black hair net. For the bee's antennae, just attach two yellow pipe cleaners to a hairband.

 

Graveyard Halloween Cake

Bake a chocolate cake and frost with chocolate frosting.

Stand up some small square chocolate bars around the cake to make the tombstones, add a few gummy worms, push the base of a tootie pop or other round sucker into the cake and place a small piece of kleenix over the top of the sucker to make ghosts. Place skeletons, black cats, or any other small halloween-related decorations on the cake.

Old Woman Halloween Costume

Dress in an old-fashioned dress or skirt and blouse.Stuff some newspapers to create a large tummy and butt (you can also pad the chest area). Put baby powder in your hair to turn it gray. Buy a pair of cheap wire-rimmed glasses and a hair net at a thift shop. Find a piece of wood to use as a cane.

Halloween Table Cloth

• White paper table cloth

• Halloween pictures

Take an orange paper tablecloth and draw on various halloween ghosts, goblins, pumpkins, black cats, etc. Stick on Halloween stickers and glue on any pictures you can find that are related to halloween.

 

Laundry Basket Halloween Costume

Cut out a hole in the bottom of small plastic laundry basket that's just big enough for the child to fit through by stepping into it; attach a pair of suspenders to the basket.

Have the child step into the basket and adjust the suspenders so the basket is hanging at a comfortable level. Surround them with different clothes. Add a box of Bounce to the top of the clothes. Cut a hole in the middle of an empty box of detergent and place it on their head to wear as a hat.

For the final touch, pin socks and underwear to their hair.

Crayon Costume for Halloween

Dress in a sweat suit or body suit that's all one color. Use a magic marker to print the word, "crayon" in large letters down the length of your body (use whichever color will be visible with the color of crayon you've decided to be).

Take an old pair of shoes (or buy a cheap pair at a thrift shop) and make them the same color as the rest of your outfit by gluing or taping the same colored construction paper to the tops of the shoes. Wear a pair of socks the same color.

Use construction paper in the same color to create a pointy hat. Punch a hole in either side of the hat and attach some similar-colored yarn in such a way that it can be tied under your chin to secure the hat.

As the final touch, paint your face the crayon color that your chose.

Scary Halloween Balloons

Blow up some black and orange balloons and draw scary faces on them with orange and black marker. Hang them in windows or in doorways.

Nerd Costume for Halloween

Wear a pair of pants that are a couple of inches short, a pair of suspenders, white socks with black shoes and horn-rim glasses (put some tape on one side of the glasses, as if the tape is the only thing holding that side of the glasses together
