Halloween Balloon Toss
Before starting the game, have the kids each decorate their own balloons
however they'd like. They could draw on funny jack-o-lantern faces, pictures of
witches, black cats, etc., or they could carefully apply halloween stickers or
tape on halloween pictures. Have them carefully write their names on the
balloons
Make a bull's eye out of white construction paper and lay it on the floor.
Have the kids each have a turn at tossing their balloon and trying to hit
the bull's eye. After each child has a turn, jot down the child's name on the
bull's eye where their balloon landed (specify that this is round 1).
After each child has had a turn, then narrow it down to the 5 kids that
where closest to the bull's eye, and then those 5 take turns. This can go on as
long as you'd like.
Assign a grand prize for 1st place, smaller prizes for 2nd place and 3rd
place. Assign even smaller consolation prizes for the worst toss, the shortest
toss, the longest loss, etc.
