Caring for your Flower Arrangements

Remove all leaves from your mixed bouquets which will be submerged in the vase since they will rot and shorten the life of your mixed bouquet, also remove any damaged or dying foliage or flowers.

Place the stems in a container of water or hold them under running water and cut about an inch off the end of the stem, making sure tocut at an angle for maximum exposure to the water and to ensure that the stems do not rest flatly on the bottom of the vase where they'll be unable to take in any water at all.  Do this every few days to keep your bouquet lasting as long as possible.

Don't let the stems be exposed to the air but get them back in water just as fast as you can.

Make sure that your vase is always filled to the top with water, if the level is getting too low, refill using lukewarm water.

Display your mixed flower arrangement in a cool location, out of direct sunlight and away from drafts and heat.
